Hau-ole Makahiki Hou! (Happy New Year) 2010 - Did we set a record in Hanalei Princeville for condo sales in 2009?
Here are the full year condo sales statistics for Hanalei District.  Hanalei District includes the North Shore of Kauai from Kilauea to Haena. Nearly all of the North Shore condos are located in Princeville.

If you look at the condo sales statistics, the median sales price fell 40% from 2008 to 2009 from $799,000 to $490,000 and we are back to 2004/2005 prices.   
According to the condo sales statistics, the number os sales of condominiums on the North Shore is the lowest in 11 years.
