Finding our true direction  
We find our true direction not in the calm sea but in the turbulences of life. Our character is developed in overcoming our challenges. Our strength is built when we prevail over our set backs and triumph over our failures.  
The only thing that we find constant in our lives will be change.   
When the winds of change blow into our lives adjust your sails, when we control the change we control our direction.
