Inexpensive Time Share on Cape Cod!
I get requests to sell a time share every so often. I got one this week where the heirs don't want their timeshare, and don't need to sell it for much more than closing costs. If you know someone who likes Cape Cod and who would like an inexpensive time share unit, have them email me.
My fees in this type of transaction are usually "goodwill" or a dinner out, because the transaction will probably be less than $1000. Cape Cod has a lot of fun beaches, resturants, and vacation interests. The time shares here are like the others that can be traded, etc.
This unit can be used in one week between weeks 1 through 23, or 38 through 52. The owner says "All units are either ranch or townhouse style and sleep up to 6 people. They have indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts. Each unit has either a fireplace or a jacuzzi.  Currently, the yearly fee is $595, due Jan 1 each year."
Get it while it is still cold outside!
