The final numbers are in for Real Estate in Menomonee Falls .  The numbers for 2009 ended with less sales.... 388 homes being sold.  (as provided by the Multiple Listing Service).  2008 number of sales was 418. 
Time on market remains steady with an average of 93 days to sell.
Percent of Original list price received at sale is 92.2%.  This is down from 94.3%  the previous year (2008).
The median sales price was $214,750.  Down almost 9% from $235,000 in 2008.
