New Foreclosures on the way, but there are better deals to be found
Bank of America just release 6000 new foreclosures in Nevada. Most of which are in Las Vegas of course. The greater Reno/Tahoe areas don't have a lot to pick from in the foreclosure listings unless you are looking in the under $200,000 price range.
There is a better way to look for the home that fits what you want and get a good price as well. An experienced realtor knows how to find them for their clients. If this is what you would like to do please contact me:
