Please don't be rude to other agent's and act like they are dumb for asking a question!
A few months back I showed a house to clients of mine, the sellers were in the house when we opened the door, they rushed out and accidentally left the garage door open.  They had an alarm system on the house and other things to signify that they would liked the house locked and sealed...  When I was leaving I tried to call the listing agent and received her voice-mail so I called her office to ask if I should close the garage door or leave it open.  (I always leave the house in the condition I found it- if lights are on- I leave them on...  If doors are unlocked I leave them unlocked...)  While speaking to the agent in the office- she rudely told me to leave the house in the condition I found it.  I tried to explain that I thought a phone call to the sellers would be helpful- (there was also about 15 teenagers hanging around outside the house).   Again let me remind you she was extremely rude, I have clients in my car and can't express my concern about leaving this house wide open...  Thankfully the listing agent called me back and asked me to ... more
