Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - When the agent you are interviewing meets with you, they will go over the Comparative Market Analysis to show you what comparable homes to yours have recently closed, are under contract and homes that expired. Homes that expired are due to being above market value and those homes couldn't sell. Our job is to show you what market value is.
