Ipad for Realtors?
I am constantly impressed with Steve Jobs.  I think that he is the best marketing guru of all time.  The hype around the launch of the new IPad has been intense.  Today's launch is going to change how we interact with a computer.  And, the buzz that he can create by keeping quiet is amazing considering that we are in the era of social networking. 
With wifi, and 3G access, a reasonable price, "wow" factor, and handy mapping features this could replace my laptop and be an easy way to organize mls sheets when showing homes.  
I did find out that it will support a bluetooth keyboard, which is awesome, (too bad the iphone can't sync to a full size keyboard.)
 
One feature that would have been nice is a stylus to sign documents, BUT..
 I had an early slate style computer with the stylus.  Remember when we are all going to be doing paperless transactions?  I did use the stylus on a few contracts, but it quickly became cumbersome to use.  It's just easier to use paper, and then scan.
 
I am looking forward to getting mine!
