Residential real estate for sale in San Carlos, California continues to be in short supply. This morning, the last weekday of January, there are only 28 single-family homes for sale in our multiple listing service, and 20 condos and townhouses. There is only 1 (that's right, 1) single family home for sale, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house listed at $839,000 7 days ago. There are 6 pending sales, ranging in price from $969,000 to a low of $501,500 (for a bank-owned property on the Alameda de las Pulgas that's been on the market over a year, with unfinished construction making the house unlivable at present.)
