Conifer Real Estate in Green Valley Ranch
Green Valley Ranch has a variety of homes for sale in Conifer, Colorado.  A large community (roughly 200 original home sites platted) with options for a variety of horse properties.  
In Jefferson County, where Conifer and Green Valley Ranch is, zoning and acreage are two factors when determining if a home is suitable for horses.  In Green Valley Ranch homes have three horse eligible zoning classifications; A-2, MR-1 and MR-2 as well as grassy meadows and several sites with large acreage.  
While the majority of the homes are tucked into a lodge pole pine forest, some are better suited for horse with areas for pastures and even riding arenas.  Another consideration is the type of well which serves the property.  In Green Valley Ranch some homes have domestic wells (which allow for outside watering, filling troughs etc.)  but other homes have household use wells-- which do not allow watering livestock-- so be sure to have an expert help you analyze each opportunity.
