Seasoned Stagers, Please advice rookies!
As the New Kids on the Block we would love to hear your input. We just finished staging an empty home of 1750 sq ft. 4 room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
What is the best way to charge, what is the going rate, do you charge per room all in, or per entire home? Please help, we did a great job today, very satisfied customers but we were wondering whether we are charging enough??
We charged $1,000 for the home and $400 of that will go to furnishings. That included everything, accessories, art, etc. We figure we had about 14 hours into sourcing, prep work and the actual staging.
