When a fellow agent dies...

Those agents will watch over your first listings, making sure you didn't forget anything. They will rip your first offer right out of your hand to check all the critical points, just to make sure your butt is covered. They never cease to worry about you, they never stop giving advice. They buy you birthday cakes and sing "Happy Birthday", no matter how embarassing it is for you.
