This Camera Delivers What You Need - The Canon SX20is
I have the 10 megapixel version of this camera and love it. It's a Canon Powershot SX10is. Now they make it in a 12 mp which is the SX20is. You can adjust the resolution to a low setting and not have to resize pics to put in your mls. It even takes video at the quality of a regular video camera plus it has stereo mics on the front. This camera has all the bells and whistles. You can adjust the iso for low light settings too. I got mine from J & R. They've been in business a really long time. You will want to get a nice camera bag to house it in when not in use. The big difference between this and a Rebel or the like is that this is a one piece unit; you can not change lenses, but for taking house photos you really don't need to. It does have a really good zoom that makes up for that. It takes an SD card which is widely used and as well a cord to connect it to your computer to transfer pictures.
