The real estate and homes sold activity for Condominiums in Ashland, Massachusetts shows that there were 70 Condominiums transacted in 2009 with an average sales price of $278,506 and an average days on the market (DOM) of 78.  As of January 31, 2010, there were 30 Condominiums on the market with a median listing price of $289,500 and an average DOM of 116.
