Develop a home Exercise program with help from Abington Memorial hospital.
I am pleased with my consultation with an exercise physiologist at  the Willowood building off Blair Mill road.
Fees are $45/ for a 60 minute session.The sessions are by appointment only. I got answers to all my questions . She developed a program based on my needs and I do not need much equipment to exercise at home. I thought the fees are very reasonable as it was a private session and not a group class.
