Martha Stewart KB homes have the right formula in a tough market
    We all recall when the domestic goddess, business magnate, author, editor, K mart consultant with her own brand with Martha Living, her own show on tv was found guilty in 2004 for selling stocks and obstructing justice and lying to investigators about conveniently selling stocks just before they went down.She got 5 months which I thought a bit steep but she endured it and now KB homes flagship seller are the Martha Stewart KB Homes.
 In a market which has seen KB Homes( #7 sales in US ) slump drastically with a drop of 20% in the first quater of 2007 , the homes which bare her name are doing very well thank you very much. Granted Martha Stewart Homes represent only 5% of KB Homes sales, they are a vibrant and successful story in a rough real estate market. I am looking forward to have KB Homes offering these homes in Fort Myers, Naples or South West FL. Currently, in addition to the Atlanta area, Martha Stewart KB homes are on sale in Perris, Calif., east of Los Angeles; Katy, Texas, near Houston; and Cary, N.C., near Raleigh.
