McKay's Mill Market Report for February 2010
McKay's Mill Market Report for February 2010 reflects an increase in the sale price per square foot in comparison to January 2010.  January median SP/SF was $89.28 in comparison to median SP/SF of $113.02 in February.  The median days on the market were also reduced in February to 40 versus 55.5 in January.
This is good information for the sellers in McKay's Mill.  With the 2010 Federal Housing Tax Credits due to expire on April 30, 2010, buyers are saturating the market.
