Hopkinton MA Real Estate - Sales up and Inventory down year over year for June
In Hopkinton Massachusetts there were 18 sales in June of 2006. In June of 2007 there were 35 sales in Hopkinton. This was a significant jump as sales almost doubled.
In June of 2006 there were 114 homes for sale in Hopkinton. In June of 2007 there were 104 homes for sale in Hopkinton.
The median sale price was up almost 10% in this period. The days on market, however, increased from 108 to 156 from a year ago.
