In the past few years some people have faced financial hard times like they've never had in the past, and hopefully will never again in the future. Some of these same people are now WANTING to purchase a home soon or at least know that they can still do so in the future. They also WANT YOU to sell them one, but you can't because they don't qualify. One option you may already be using is a drip e-mail campaign.
As frustrating as this might be, it is the reality we all face in these ever changing financial times. Financial responsibility should be the focus for everyone, but it's hard to pull off when our government continues with it's compulsive spending habits and doesn't demonstrate financial responsibilty either. The GOOD NEWS, however is that YOU CAN BRING HOPE to your clients. We know and understand that if your client has a job for at least 2 years they will eventually get approved for a mortgage loan, the question(s) is:
1.) Will they be responsible for taking care of any past credit problems, no matter how long it takes? 
2.) Are they willing to begin savings towards their purchase if they have not yet done so?
