Croyden is a great subdivision in Kernersville, NC! This is a great neighborhood for the move up buyer or someone needing more space. It is located off of Regents Park road near Hopkins Rd. The neighborhood consists of a total of 103 lots.
Croyden was developed in two phases. The first phase was 41 lots and was established in November of 1988. However most of the homes in both phases were constructed in the 1990’s. Phase one was done mostly in the early 90’s and Croyden phase 2 has homes that were built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.
The entire neighborhood is mostly all brick homes with 3000-5500 square feet. Home prices in the Croyden subdivision run from the upper $200K’s to the high $400K’s. Many of the Kernersville area professionals like this neighborhood for its great location and convenience to all parts of the Triad including Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point.
