Steeplechase in Countryside. Beautiful Port Orange Community.
This week we've been discussing the beautiful community of Countryside in Port Orange Florida. This gorgeous master community with pool clubhouse and tennis courts, holds several other communities. I personally live in The Hunt Club, which is the gated, all brick housing community in Countryside.
For this post, we're taking a look at arguably, the most upscale community in Countryside; the spectacular, deed-restricted community of Steeplechase. When comparing the differences in each Countryside community, the most noticeable differences about Steeplechase are the brightly painted stucco exteriors and tiled roofs, which give Steeplechase a distinctive "South Beach" feel. Most of the homes have lush, tropical landscaping, and are good-sized homes for home owners who like some extra space.
As we discussed in my Hunt Club post, Steeplechase also has a strong Home Owner's Association (HOA), which helps to keep the property values higher than many communities that don't have good HOA's. This is because for the most part, the homes and lawns are well-maintained and the neighbors tend to watch out for each other.
