Can't Wait
Several of my blogs over the last month have been about one house and the buyer.  Man, what a fiasco this one has been.
This mess started after the appraisal didn't come in at the contract price.  Well after I thought the deal was dead the seller caved.  Great I still have a deal going.  We do a final walk thru and behold things are missing.  The surround sound speakers are gone and the curtains are gone.  Well these things were in the contract that he signed.  I find out from the agent that a faxed copy of the contract was signed and you really couldn't read it.  Well guess what, he is still responsible. Also seems the listing agent didn't read the contract to him either.  Well we are supposed to close tomorrow the listing agent has power of attorney.  My buyer doesn't like the agent and I hope he keeps quiet.  Maybe I need some pepper spray or something like that. I will update you guys tomorrow.  I think I need a drink
