The Love Boat....So Exciting and New......!!!
I took some buyers out to look at homes here in the
Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex
 area the other day, and one of the homes they liked
has an agent bonus associated with it......
 A seven day cruise to the Caribbean!

Now, don't get me wrong here. I would never steer a client towards purchasing a home simply because of the payout or an agent bonus is offered.
Not only would that be illegal, it would also be unethical to put my needs above my clients.
But, I am hoping this is the home they choose!
With the frenzy that's been taking place these past few weeks, I could use a vacation... especially an all expenses paid one!
Needless to say, I'm ready!
