The Third Time is a Charm for This Land Park Seller
Looking through a list of Top 40 hits the other day, I came to the shocking realization that I haven't heard any of the songs on that list. So, you know right away that I don't have kids and, as such, have been spared the agony of some of that music. My husband says the number one song in the country is by some 16-year-old boy from Canada who sings like a girl. I guess my lack of knowledge about pop Top 40 hits slams me head first into the official old geezer pool. Ouch.
I pointed out to my husband that Michael Jackson used to sing like a girl. What about Radiohead and Smokey Robinson? But he says no, this kid doesn't just sing like a girl; you really think he's a girl.
I may be out of touch with Top 40, but at least I stay abreast of the latest technology. My clients love it when I immediately respond to their text messages and emails.
