The choices varies tremendously.One thing for sure: there are 489 Active single homes under $500,000 with gulf access in Cape Coral as of August 2, 2007 listed on the MLS. A terrific choice.
The prices range from:   $327,500 but I saw that home and would not recommend it unless you want to fix it and have money to burn.
