Sunday Sunset a White Mountain view
Enjoy a Few May Photos with the last of this winters snow remaining on the highest peaks of New Hampshire.

This is the western view of Mountain Washington & Tuckermans Ravine taken from I93 in Littleton New Hampshire.

It was well in to the eighties today, but the peaks still have lots of snow on the tops. Mountain Washington above is 6,300 feet above sea level and folks that don't mind the hike will ski till July this summer.
Mount Liberty above (and below) is only a little over 4,000 feet, so this will be the last of the snow soon to be gone.

The base of Mt. Liberty is the Flume State Park,  90 foot sheer walls , waterfalls and a classic covered bridge to cross on miles of hiking trails. This part of Franconia State park, is set aside for the public and abuts the 800,000 acres of National Forest Land, and the Appalachian mountain trail.
