What we want and what we need are two different things, my Mom always said. Bless her practical heart this Mother's Day.
What we want is to get our listings sold! For me that pretty much lines up with what I need.  Staging is so easy and inexpensive how can we not Stage? Staging always helps and never hurts. Occupied Stagings helps potential buyers envision themselves living in an already occupied home. Simple and effective steps of Staging can make this a reality.
Some of them are: 1.Always encourage your sellers to get out and sweep the front step. First impressions you know. 2. Encourage your sellers to have their garage sale first before the sign goes in the front yard! 3. Clean sells! (inside and out) 4. Get packing! Have your sellers get those personal pictures packed up, because they are moving soon anyway. 5. Reduce the pet footprint (so to speak). 6. 3 item rule! No more than 3 items on a surface area. 7. Showing Plan (see earlier blog).
Just implementing these easy Staging Steps will go a long ways in helping your listings to get sold, fast.
