Another price reduction - Now For Sale at $7,495,000
That's a reduction of 50% from the original List Price a year ago!
In June 2009 I blogged about Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis House in Los Feliz which was listed For Sale with a record breaking $15 Million Price Tag. 
Now in February 2010 the List price has been reduced by almost $5 Million to $10,495,000.
The original house (measuring 10,000 sq ft) and chauffeur's house/garage were damaged in the 1994 Northridge earthquake and were red-tagged.
Since The Ennis house has been designated as a city, state and national landmark, the house has a conservation easement to protect it from demolition or insensitive alteration.
The Listing History doesn't indicate that the property has been in escrow since hitting the MLS last year, so it will be interesting to see if anyone shows real interest at the reduced price.
