Huntley, IL is a great Midwestern town for retirement.  And thanks to Sun City Del Webb by Pulte Homes there is plenty to do in this 55 and older restricted community.  At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older, no one under 19 (18 in certain communities) in permanent residence, and additional restrictions apply.
