Supper
The story goes like this... the wife went shopping and bought a stove from a garage sale.  After getting home and setting it up she started cooking supper.  She noticed a smell that smelled like a wet dog but thought nothing of it.  When the husband got home he couldn't help smelling the food but the overwhelming odor of wet dog filled the house.  Finally after cleaning up the husband approached the wife who was busy stirring the pot and asked her what that smell was,  her reply are you ready for this one "Supper."  Needless to say the husband never said a word and neither did the wife.'
I wonder sometimes do we do the same thing.  If it smells like a wet dog you might want to take a closer look.  Protect your sellers and buyers is the name of the game.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
