It’s all in the 5 inches between your ears…
They tell me when playing golf the difference between the player that scores an 80 compared to the one that scores a 99 is the 5 inches between your ears.  I personally have tried it and it does work.  The only problem with me is that I can't keep the focus that I need to complete the game.  I have not had that problem in real estate.  I will put up my talents with the best of them regardless of their capability.  What about you are you lacking in listings or buyers it could be the 5 inches between your ears.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
