Do you have a growth plan?
In real estate and in life, it is imperative that we continually work toward our Big Why by constantly striving for self-improvement. There are no limits to our potential when we start thinking in possibilities.
The first step in laying your foundation to this new, limitless approach to your business is to create a growth plan.
Start by taking out a clean sheet of paper (or opening a blank Word Document) and listing out the months with space to write in between. Today is June 1, so start with this month, and list them through December. Next to each month, write a couple of things that you will do that month to work on your personal and professional growth.
For instance, in my growth plan, the months of April and May were dedicated to BOLD: Business Objective, A Life By Design. BOLD is a  seven-week MAPS Coaching class designed by Dianna Kokoszka and offered to Keller Williams agents to help them break through to that next level of achievement in their careers.
