How is the Newton , Ia Real Estate Market
Despite the media reports on "slowing" home sales to the economy, we have not found this to be true in Jasper County! Our sales have remained stable the last 2 months with buyers continuing to be conservative. Our year to date market share is 42% of the sales in the Newton community. Newton is a wonderful place to live and more and more poeple are realizing this!
