You May Think You Are Only Interviewing Me!
            I pray I'm never desperate enough for business that I can't take the time to interview and evaluate my sellers before jumping into a listing.  A typical phone call for me is, "we would like to meet you and discuss listing our property."  I'm humbled and so grateful for the call but I have to take a few minutes to make sure we are the right fit for partnership. 

          Partnership!  Yup that's right.  This is a partnership and I have to know I'm dealing with someone that I can communicate well with, someone that is being honest and up front with me, and someone that really wants to succeed.  I'm going to market the home to the best of my ability including spending my $ up front so I can't take listings for fun as I call them. 
         I'm going to be honest with my sellers and give them all the data they need to make the right decision on price.  I'm going to spend time with them helping them see the home through the eyes of a buyer and deciding what items on the "honey do list" need to be done as well as ... more
