Sales in Fieldstone Farms in Franklin TN continue to climb.  There was a 33% increase in the number of homes sold in April versus May.  Below is the Fieldstone Farms in Franklin TN Home Sales for May 2010.  Homes closed during the month of May for 95% of listing price on average.  There was also a 16% increase in the average sales price from $238,250 in April to $277,049 in May.  There was a slight increase in the average days on the market from 77 days in April to 90 days in May.
