Market update for Brampton and Malton for may 2010
 
Greater Toronto REALTORS® % reported 9,470 sales through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in May, representing a one per cent dip from May 2009. In comparison to previous years, this was the third highest May sales result on record.
 
In Brampton West W23 there was 891 new listing and 466 got sold with average price of $ 3548459 and for only 22 average number of days on the market.
 
In Brampton East W24 there was 700 new listing and 346 got sold with average price of $ 377832 and for only 20 average number of days on the market.
In Malton W18 there was 96 new listing and 49 got sold with average price of $ 301139 and for only 20 average number of days on the market.
