Painting your home
As I begin to transition into Real Estate, I must work a job to pay the bills until I am established. I spend about ten and a half hours per day working in a paint store in Knoxville, TN. I am in a designer/retail/higher end clientel store where many people come into the store fretting over colors. We offer several options to these type people whether they are building a new home, remodeling, repainting. First of all, new construction clients who are getting custom homes are the most likely the one's who are stressing about matching colors to their personal taste. One way our store can help them is we offer The Voice of color system developed by a designer to ease the stress of choosing colors. The system allows them to take a test and answer questions about their interest and personality. The system then recommends color systems that match their personal taste. We often recommend that those not using a designer to use this system or we have a in house person who will come out and look at the space. The recommendations are then made regarding color choices. Lighter more nuetral colors are always easier to help resale a home. ... more
