What do you want from your Assistant?
I know agents that spend several hours per week reading industry e-zines and articles, reviewing new softwares and technologies as well as researching the latest in technology and industry gadgets.  The results?  You spend hours of your time researching tools and techniques that are rarely put to use.
So what if you instead delegated the task to your assistant by providing them with an organization that consists of both virtual assistants and in-house assistants who are highly knowledgeable in the latest and greatest tools and techniques being used in the industry?
IREAA (International Real Estate Assistants Association) is an organization that I co-founded with Kim Hughes and Pam Ivey.  The organization was originally founded to assist virtual assistants, however we found that in-house assistants had a desire to further their education in order to be of more assistance to their employers.
We have found that in-house assistants have a *thirst* to absorb as much as possible and honestly, any agent that doesn't invest in this thirst for knowledge is only hindering their own ability to be more productive and make more money.  If they have that desire, why not take advantage of it to further their education as well as free up your time to ... more
