I will randomly post photos of some of the beautiful homes in Tech Terrace. The trees and lawns are lovely and you won't find a single cookie cutter house in the area. Each is unique and has it's own appeal and/or potential. I imagine it is no easy task to choose which home gets the "Yard of the Month" designation because Tech Terrace is brimming with lovely homes and yards. It is no wonder that Tech Terrace real estate is in demand. It just takes minutes to walk or bike to TTU from this neighborhood. And the new Lowe's in Tech Terrace is wonderful. Long gone are the dingy floors and tired fixtures. The new Lowe's is sparkling, appealing, and attracting many Tech Terrace and Lubbock shoppers. Across the street is J&B Coffee, and Rendr, a nice art supply shop and gallery, along with a number of other businesses.Today there are 57 Tech Terrace homes listed for sale in the multiple listing service.
