Sequim Real Estate
What a wild ride it's been this past few weeks in Sequim, Washington.  I know the real estate market and our entire economy is in a recession.  I get that.  But if it is, some of us would not know it based on how busy we are.  Last month I closed a home.  Last week I closed a home.  This week I closed two homes with another closing next week.  I've hired a full time assistant.  This morning I listed a gorgeous home on prestigous Bell Hill in Sequim.
What does all this mean, besides the fact that Chuck Marunde is busy.  It means that buyers are buying, and that also means sellers are selling.  There's more to this simple statement than meets a quick glance.
Despite the market down turn, there are buyers who are retired and are qualified financially to buy a nice home.  That may be obvious, but the key for sellers is understanding how to connect with these buyers.  When a buyer and seller are brought together, reach mutual acceptance and close a transaction, everyone wins.  But this result is not happenstance.
