Another Successful Closing For The Equity Rise Team - New Construction
The Equity Rise Real Estate Group certainly had a busy week at the settlement table and proudly announces another successful Northern Virginia closing.
We helped our first-time homebuyer client with the purchase of a fantastic new construction condo in the heart of Fall Church City, VA.  The condo development is The Spectrum, which has a wide variety of floor plans, fantastic amenities, and a terrific location.  The building is also FHA approved, and in fact the buyer used FHA financing on this particular home purchase.
