This week we had a seller who had a need for some carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. Team Ludlow has been referring both buyers and sellers to RIC for a while and has never had anything other than extremely happy clients. The call was made to RIC on Thursday about the rugs and that afternoon the guys came in their van to get them. They took off for the Independence Day holiday Friday and Monday. On Wednesday, they called the clients to tell them they would be bringing them back. The wife called me almost in tears. I was afraid that something had gone wrong, but to my pleasure she told me that I was a genius and that RIC had made her 2 rugs look almost new again. Mind you both rugs have been used for the last 13 years.
