After months of contemplating, you have decided to put your house on the market for sale. What is next? Well, if you house is in the most perfect condition, you may just have to clean up a little. However, if you are like most sellers, getting the house ready may require you to do some repairs after a careful inspection and lots of cleaning up. One of the things that I often suggest to sellers is to try to look at their property with the eyes of a potential buyer. This works very well because they are now trying to look at things from the point of view of a potential buyer. A totally different perspective.
After careful considerations of what will be repaired and the repairs have been completed, the next thing is cleaning up. Both the outside and inside of the house should be carefully cleaned. Clutter should be totally eliminated. Remember, first impressions are lasting ones , so you want to give your very best.
