I thought one of the very best things about buying a home in Wrightstown, PA was that Penn's Purchase was as close as the local mall.
I'll admit...I hate shopping.
Except at Penn's Purchase.
Located within the Peddler's Village complex, at the intersection of Route 202, Route 263, and Street Road, it's just a 15 minute drive from Wrightstown, PA or 20 minutes from Newtown, PA.
 
 
There are so many things I love about Penn's Purchase!

 
 
First, I love the fact that it's never mobbed, not even at Christmas time (this picture was taken at noon on a weekday - no pushing and shoving here!)
I think much of that has to do with the outdoor shopping experience.  Even when the stores are busy, you've plenty of room to spread out in the wide walkways / roads provided for shoppers.  
Secondly, the array of shopping is phenomenal. I can usually find everything I need here:  shoes, coats, clothes, jewelry.   There are some really great stores at Penn's Purchase, including:  Coach, Bass, Danskin, Brooks Brothers, and Joan's New York.
