Greenwood Monthly Statistics: It is a mixed story to tell from July's figures.  Prices were down a little last month and sales were down as well but houses took less time to sell than the last couple of months.  It appears we may be heading back into a buyers market for North Seattle. In July, Greenwood's median price for single family homes was $323,750.  Prices were down whereas in most of North Seattle the home price increased by about 1%.
