Sunrise Park Sales Statistics
Sunrise Park is located  in Central Palm Springs California.  It is a large neighborhood with many architecturally significant homes.  Currently there are 16 active lisitngs and the neighborhood has a median sold price point of $380,00 With 23 homes sold so far in 2010.
Inventory levels continue to decline and good homes in well maintained conditon are selling well.  More short sales are coming on the market than Bank owned homes.
