I will not fill this post with a ton of horrible pictures but if you are an Agent or a seller looking to sell, not a set of old golf clubs, but your most valuable asset.  Demand the best!
     I don't think anyone really gets in a car anymore to look for a house, they get on the computer.  If the pictures of your house are small, or fuzzy, or came from a ­­camera phone, people will pass you by.  Curb appeal starts online not in the driveway anymore.  You can hire a professional photographer for a couple hundred bucks or buy a nice camera and take some classes.
     Whatever you do, DON'T POST BAD PICTURES ONLINE!
 
This is a friend's house in WA.  Waterfront picture taken with a "Crayola, your first digital camera" ages 1-3. 
I Think!  Are you kidding me??????  I won't even put up the pictures of the inside there so embarrassing.
 
This is the same yard taken with a POS.  Not what you're thinking, just a point and shoot camera.  It is a lot better but doesn't yank you off the couch and make you want to go look at the property.  ... more
