Best Showing Instructions Ever
All I could imagine was the scene from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid when Butch crashed through the fence into the bull pen.  They were gazing eye to eye when Butch played by Paul Newman puckered and kissed and the bull saw red and charged.  
I called to set an appointment for a small farm house on five acres and the agent said, if you want to go in the barn, call me and I will get the owner.  DO NOT GO IN THE BARN on your own, their is a BULL in the barn.
He didn't have to tell me twice, NO BULL.
