The Windmill Mesa housing market continues to be a BUYER's Market, as there is currently a 5 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units were down 21% from 2009 to 2008, and pricing was down 4% from 2009 to 2008.    Pricing has continued to see some increase in 2010
Single Family Homes in Windmill Mesa were primarily built from 1999 to 2002, with an average age built of 2000.  The majority of the houses are 2-stories, ranches, four-levels, with 2-3 baths, with 2-3 car garages.   The average home has appx. 1750 to 2500 square footage. 
The area is bounded by Bradley Road on the Southwest, Alturas Road on the North, Grinell Blvd. on the East; in the Southeast area of Colorado Springs
