Does Your Listing have the Shelf-Life of a Twinkie?
No showings before 12 noon or after 5 pm. When I was scheduling this I wanted to say, no wonder your listing has been on the market for 625 days over the past 3 years without selling.
My client works these hours as do most people that can afford to buy a house. No problem, I called my client and he agreed to meet me at lunch at the house. So I called the appointment center and they took the appointment but instead of calling back with a confirmation, they called back and said this time (12-1), is not convenient for the sellers either, would 1:30 - 2:30 work. I replied, no it would not work.
Tomorrow I will call the agent directly to see when my client who works in Franklin during the week and returns home to his family on weekends can get to see this house. I notice in the remarks it says "HURRY, this won't last" and I thought to myself it has a longer shelf life than a Twinkie.
